What does "craftsmanship" mean?
“Craftsmanship” means producing a food with the care and quality typical of a home production. We do not use industrial processes (such as high-temperature extrusion) but only processes that respect the nutritional and organoleptic characteristics of each individual ingredient.
We cook our foods using different temperatures depending on the ingredient.
The rice is expanded at a temperature suitable to "break" the bonds of starches to ensure that the carbohydrates are assimilated and digested correctly in the dog's intestine. On the contrary, meats, fats, vitamins, nutraceuticals cannot be treated at the same temperatures as rice because they would be damaged and inhibited of their nutritional value and therefore are cooked at temperatures below 90 ° C.
