RECIPE PREPARATION
Our foods are cooked at different temperatures depending on the ingredient, just like in good home cooking. The rice is expanded at a temperature suitable for 'breaking' the starch bonds to ensure that the carbohydrates are properly absorbed and digested in the dog's intestine.
Conversely, meats, fats, vitamins, and superfoods cannot be treated at the same temperatures as rice because they would be damaged and lose their nutritional value. Therefore, they are cooked at temperatures below 90°C.
This recipe contains only fish and is therefore ideal for promoting digestion in cases of sensitive digestive systems.
